The Quickbooks
program automatically downloads updates as they become available and you
will be prompted to install them (you should now have Quickbooks
Pro/Basic 2007). You may set up this automatic download as follows:

While you are
in your company file go to the top and click on "File". |

Click on "Update
QuickBooks" then select the "Options" tab. |
|
Choose "Yes" for an automatic update
and "No" for a shared download. |

You may select updates for Maintenance
Releases and Accountant and Bookkeeper. |
You
can also access updates through the
Quickbooks website.
