Millard,
Rouse & Rosebrugh LLP was founded in 1920 when W.H. Hamilton, CA opened his public
accounting practice in Brantford. In 1924, he was joined by W.T. Millard, CA.
Over the ensuing years, various offices were opened throughout southern Ontario.
In 1940, the partnership of Millard, Rouse & Rosebrugh was formed. The
first Simcoe office location was opened in the spring of 1948 in the Bank
of Commerce building.
Today, there are 10 partners in the Simcoe, Tillsonburg, Delhi and Norwich division of the firm. Our client
base includes numerous municipalities, local government groups, large and medium
sized companies, small business entrepreneurs, farms, and private individuals.
We are proud that most new business has been the result of word-of-mouth
referrals from satisfied clients.
Client involvement often extends beyond accounting. We operate with an overall
sense of your business. We ensure your corporate and personal

work with lawyers, lenders and other key advisors so that you may realize every
